Proprietary Client Services
RRC’s Proprietary Client Services affiliate provides ancillary
services to subscribers. Additional services fall into four main categories:
RRC’s reputation assessment framework may be applied to populations
not measured in its core studies. For example, applying RRC’s
evaluative framework to suppliers or distributors provides another
relevant insight into a company’s reputation.
GAP analyses may be performed using the information generated by
a Reputation Measurement Matrix (SM). This analysis examines the differing
perceptions among multiple audiences, the relevance of the ‘gaps’
in perception and provides a set of tools to prioritize investment.
RRC’s framework may be used by non-rated companies that want
to measure their performance against industry benchmarks established
by RRC’s studies of leading companies in the same industry or
other industries.
Proprietary data analyses may be conducted using RRC’s reputation
database consisting of all reputation measurements taken in each of
the industries studied.
