  • 91% of consumers say they are “very confident” or “somewhat confident” that the retail bank they use most often is one they can fully trust with their personal finances

...but say they would value independent information on the Reputation of their banks:

  • Consumers are “very likely” or “somewhat likely” to use reputation information about banks to:

    • Decide whether to open additional accounts or use additional services offered by their current bank (72%)
    • Decide whether to open a new account with a different institution (64%)
    • Decide whether to work for a specific bank (54%)
